Ingredients
  • 1 cup - Teff flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼th cup milk
  • Water - enough
  • ⅛th tsp - vanilla essence
  • To sprinkle
  • Honey
  • Powdered brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Beat egg in a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make sure consistency is semi solid to pour. If too watery, add teff flour. If too thick, add water.
  3. Heat griddle. Heat to medium. Grease with butter.
  4. Pour batter on griddle. Cook for 1 minute or till golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook other side.
  6. Remove to a plate.
  7. Sprinkle honey and powdered sugar.
  8. Serve hot.
