Gluten-free Teff flour pancakes

- 1 cup - Teff flour
- 1 egg
- ¼th cup milk
- Water - enough
- ⅛th tsp - vanilla essence
- To sprinkle
- Honey
- Powdered brown sugar
- Beat egg in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make sure consistency is semi solid to pour. If too watery, add teff flour. If too thick, add water.
- Heat griddle. Heat to medium. Grease with butter.
- Pour batter on griddle. Cook for 1 minute or till golden brown.
- Flip and cook other side.
- Remove to a plate.
- Sprinkle honey and powdered sugar.
- Serve hot.
