Ingredients
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green chilli - optional
  • 1 cup yogurt. Preferably homemade.
  • Salt
  • ⅛th tsp - Black salt
  • ⅛th tsp - powdered ginger powder (shonti in telugu) optional
Instructions
  1. Grate or cut beets, carrots, chilies into very small pieces.
  2. Mix cut veggies to yogurt.
  3. Add salt, black salt, ginger powder.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve with rice or roti.
